Rosemary Springer is a partner at McCurdy & Fuller, LLP. She is a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law as conferred by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. She specializes in handling civil writ petitions and appeals in both state and federal appellate courts. The primary focus of her practice is the briefing of complex litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Springer has represented insurers in a variety of insurance coverage matters, including environmental, toxic tort and bad faith actions. She also has extensive experience handling products liability, employment, business tort and commercial contract matters.

Ms. Springer received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley in 1984 and her J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, in 1990.

Ms. Springer is a member of the State Bar of California, the Defense Research Institute (Appellate Advocacy Section), and the Bar Association of San Francisco (Appellate Practice Section).
